The Room contains the operating theatre of the First-aid Post at the Ensanche de Bilbao from the beginning of the 20th century. It includes original doors, an operating table, a lamp, a washstand, a crucifix, and surgical material of that time.

A good number of surgeons and orthopaedists (Goti, Cabezas, Guimón, Etxebarria, Gaminde, Iraragorri, Calderón, Arrien and Oleaga) donated their surgical and trauma equipment to the Museum. They are exhibited in different display stands and wardrobes in the room.

The Museum also has a Unit for Extracorporeal Circulation and an Iron Lung from the mid-20th century.
