23. Pathological Anatomy and Neurology
We end this brief visit to the Museum describing the most popular room. It has over 400 flasks in which organs with all kind of infectious pathologies, cancer, etc., and some foetus (one of them being an anencephalus) are preserved.
The room, dedicated to Nicolás Achucarro (1880-1918), a neurologist of the Alzheimer and Cajal's school, also exhibits some of his personal objects. A good number of anatomopathological preparations (one from Cajal himself) and a luxurious desk complete the room.
