The diverse material from the clinical laboratory mainly consists of tools for clinical analysis, such as small colorimeters, hemometers and hematimeters with blood cell counting cameras, urometers, turbidimeters, polarimeter, etc. Moreover, we can find an ancient biological incubator, a hanging centrifuge and an interesting collection of micro volumes.

This room, which is not actually open to the public, was set up thanks to donations from different institutions, such as the Municipal Laboratory of Bilbao, the Provincial Health Institute, and some doctors like Dr. Atucha, whose Medical Library is found in this room. An extensive collection of medical journals from the 20th century is also preserved.
